CREMATION GROUNDS IN INDIA

There are Sixteen types of rituals (16 sanskar) in Hindu Religion, out of these last ritual is Executes ( Antayoshti Sanskar). After death of a person concern procedure is to be followed as per Hindu Mythology. In old time cremation ground was not so problematic because of less population. Gradually the population of the country increased like any thing so as the death number also increased. Even now when India is developing fast yet less attention has been given to this section.

Today our country is in the count of all-rounded and developed countries, but even after 75 years of independence, there is lack of basic facilities at the Cremation Ground in the country. Though in the Cities and towns the local body government are taking care yet lot of work is required to be done in this section, but India major part of population resides in villages and it is shocking that hardly 4% to 5% of villages are having satisfactory arrangement for Funeral of dead body. In the rainy season there is big problem in this respect. Majority of villages of country are not having proper arrangement for last ritual of Hindu mythology. The last ritual are still being taken place at a distant place from villages, normally it is being performed in the agriculture field. If one is not having own land it is big problem for them, in such position one has to go quite away from the village . In some of village where there is an arrangement for this process yet there is no proper path/road to reach the crematorium. The approach road to the cremation ground is extremely poor and lightless, and the crematorium having lack of water and light arrangements. Though the SANSTHAN made correspondence with the concerning ministries, but it is learned that there is no extra provisions for this work.

In view of above circumstances our institution has Goal set to go for developing Cremation Ground in general Rare of the Societies will like to involve itself in such type of work. But for giving our services to the society we have decided to do this work.
